These terms are between you and DNZ Consulting LLC ("we"), which makes GroupSnap. By using the app or the web version you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use GroupSnap.
GroupSnap is a shared photo album for an event. Everyone in an album sees and can save the photos in it, unless the album's host turns saving off. There are no accounts: your phone gets a random ID, and that ID is your identity.
You must not post, share or name anything that is:
Anyone can report a photo, a comment, a name or a person from inside the app, and block a person so they no longer see anything from them. We look at every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we remove people who post it.
Your photos stay yours. By adding one to an album, you allow GroupSnap to store it and show it to the members of that album, and you allow those members to view and save it. Only add photos you have the right to share. The album's host can remove any photo or comment in their album.
The host decides who can join, how long the album stays open, and whether screenshots or saving are blocked. Blocking screenshots and saving works in the GroupSnap app and web page; it cannot stop someone photographing a screen with another device.
"Photos of me" and People are optional and work on your phone. They can make mistakes. If you name someone and share that name with an album, its members see it: name people respectfully, or not at all. Face features are not offered in Illinois. See the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.
A free album holds 9 people. A host can unlock one album for a one-time price, or subscribe to GroupSnap Pro, which renews every month until cancelled. Payment is through Apple, under Apple's standard terms of use. Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings; refunds are handled by Apple.
In the app, Settings ▸ Delete my data removes your photos, comments, likes, names and memberships from our servers, and resets the app on your phone. Albums you host pass to the next member; an album with nobody else in it is deleted. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
You must be at least 13 to use GroupSnap.
GroupSnap is provided as it is. We try hard to keep your photos safe and the app working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of New York.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using GroupSnap after a change means you accept the new terms.
